CUSTOMER SERVICE - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Your rights are safeguarded by the Consumer Code. Accordingly, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, even in part, without having to provide any explanation and without incurring any additional costs other than those indicated in section 6 of the General Terms and Conditions.
To implement the right of withdrawal, you must inform Map Global SRL of your decision by means of a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt no later than 14 working days from the date on which you received the Products.
It is possible to send a notice by e-mail within the same period, provided that such notice is confirmed within the next 48 hours by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt

The shipment must be made via a courier of your choice and at your expense.
The Products must be returned carefully packaged and in their original packaging within 14 working days from the date you communicated your decision to withdraw.
Remember that the right of withdrawal does not apply to Products:
- Which could deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- Sealed and unfit to be returned for hygienic or health protection reasons, if they have been opened after delivery.

It is advisable to carefully consider your choice of product before placing an order. In case of doubt, you can contact our customer service at email@example.com for advice and clarification.
It will be the customer's responsibility to repack the product and take care of the shipment.
Note: The product to be returned must be intact, unaltered and in its original packaging, if any.
In both cases and following conformity checks, we will proceed to refund or replace the product.
