Wana offers transport services throughout the country and internationally:

Shipments are handled through the Express courier 24 hours.

On islands and remote areas and during holidays or weekends, delivery times vary from 2 to 3 working days.

The contracted courier partner is MBE.

After the shipment is picked up, you will receive an email from the courier containing the customer's package ID (tracking number).

ADDRESSEE ABSENT
In the event that the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, MBE Express Courier will leave a notice of his or her visit and subsequent contact numbers.

Public holidays where no shipments are made:

1 January, 6 January, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday 25 April, 1 May, 2 June 15 August, 1 November, 8 December, 24 December, 25 December, 26 December, 31 December in the afternoon
